Cash on Delivery – All Over Pakistan
We deliver all over Pakistan with Cash on Delivery (COD). Simply pay the rider in cash when you receive your parcel. For some areas or orders, a small advance payment may be required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver within 2–5 working days across Pakistan. Delays can sometimes happen due to courier issues, weather, holidays or other unforeseen reasons.
Shipping Charges
Flat Rs. 150 delivery charge on orders below Rs. 1,500 across Pakistan. FREE delivery on all orders of Rs. 1,500 and above.
Order Confirmation
After you place an order, our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your details. Please make sure your phone number and full address are correct.
Delayed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, contact us on WhatsApp at 0303-4927222 and we will check your shipment and update you.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with photos and your unboxing video. We will arrange an exchange or refund as per our Return, Exchange & Warranty policy.
Tip: Please record a video while opening your parcel. It helps us resolve any issue quickly.
